- The city of Osaka subsidizes part of land acquisition expenditures paid by business corporations and other institutions that are categorized in one of the designated Key Industries or in a field regarding international exchange/trade activities, and that plan to newly purchase a piece of city-owned land in the Sakishima Cosmosquare District to establish their business or other facilities.

- The city of Osaka subsidizes part of building rentals paid by business corporations that are categorized in one of the Key Industries of Information & Telecommunications, Biotechnology & Nanotechnology, Robotics, or Environment, and that plan to transfer their headquarters to, or expand them in, Osaka City.

Seven office rooms for rent are provided in the Asia and Pacific Trade Center (ATC) for short-term use as a preparatory office for a corporation planning to set up its business base in Osaka City. These rooms are furnished with communication and other office equipment, enabling tenants to quickly start their business operations. Seminar spaces for presentation use are also available. These rooms are adjoined by the IBPC Osaka Investment Promotion Center; users can conveniently receive a range of support necessary to set up their offices in the city.
