Osaka Business & Investment Center (O-BIC)
Since its inception in April 2001 as a joint effort of Osaka Prefecture, The City of Osaka and the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, O-BIC has been a one-stop-does-all support center, providing foreign businesses and entities who are interested in starting up business in Osaka with information on market size, office space, personnel, public services and incentives, and also assistance with governmental procedures such as visas, corporate registrations, etc.
