  • Andy Chung is the CEO of TAKABAMA Limited, a forward-thinking company based in Osaka that focuses on technology and sustainability solutions. As an entrepreneur deeply engaged in these areas, he is particularly interested in addressing global challenges through innovative approaches to carbon neutrality, smart cities, energy, environmental pollution, noise & health, and soundscape research, all of which contribute to enhancing people’s wellness.
    In addition to his business leadership, Andy serves as the convenor of the Asia Pacific Alliance for the Future-Fit Foundation, a UK-registered charity that aims to develop digital tools to help companies and investors create long-term value for both business and society. This initiative includes cross-border sustainable finance solutions, connecting UK/European investors with Japanese businesses involved in renewable energy and decarbonization projects.
  • Dwayne Grech

  • Mr. Dwayne Grech
  • Co-founder and CEO, Hello xLab KK
  • Dwayne is the co-founder and CEO of Hello xLAB KK, an Osaka-based XR design company developing MRSV*SPACE, an award-winning immersive display platform that delivers VR without the headset.
    During his four years in Japan, Dwayne has actively supported the Kansai startup ecosystem, building and maintaining economic bridges between Kansai and the global market. He holds director positions at Startup Guild Japan and Inaka LABS. He serves as an appointed Osaka Promoter for the Osaka City government.
    Dwayne also partners with several organizations, from AdvantageAustria to Swissnex, Nara City, and the Government of Malta in Kansai. In addition, he sits on the Academic Advisory Board for Sheridan College in Canada.

  • Joined Superstation, inc. in 2013. Since then, has been working at Knowledge Capital, a core facility of Grand Front Osaka, which serves as a field for creating new values through the exchange of various knowledge. Utilizing skills in multilingual and multicultural communication, has been involved in numerous international projects, including the EU-Japan collaborative smart city experimentation and development project “FESTIVAL.”
